Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Estimated delivery times:

     

    • USA (Domestic): 3–7 business days.

    • International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on the country and shipping method).

     

  • Please note that delays caused by the carrier or customs are beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers

We work with major carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The specific carrier will be selected automatically based on the chosen shipping method and location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for international orders)

  • REZETTA LLC is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees (duties, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • REZETTA LLC is not liable for packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

  • If your order was damaged in shipping, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will provide any necessary documentation (invoice and proof of shipment).

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
